Synopsis

For the patrons of the Olive Refuge Nudist Resort, a day on a luxury yacht means cocktails, sea and naked flesh. But for a hungry great white, the loud dance music is a dinner bell.

My Thoughts

This was a wild ride right from the first page till the end. It had me laughing out loud one moment and then disgusted the next – a perfect blend if you ask me. This is Jaws on steroids, rather than a quiet thriller, this is nuts from the start. I could not ask for more.

The humour in this is great. I would describe it as raunchy, there are a lot of jokes about dicks and tits (if you couldn’t tell by the title), it’s also has its fair share of funny one liners. It’s often quite blunt and shocking, again, this works so well with the tone.

The last thing she would see before having her ticket punched would be the collection of male genitals of all shapes and sizes and a variety of breasts from the small and pert to the basketball-sized and ridiculous.

The plot was kind of what you would expect but I didn’t really go into this thinking it would be some mind bending take on the shark horror plot. This was wacky, funny and ultimately a great beach read, if you don’t want to go into the water that is.
